It depends on the product used, how the car is driven and stored, and how it is maintained. We will explain realistic expectations for the coating we recommend rather than promise a fixed number of years.
Does ceramic coating prevent scratches?
No coating makes paint scratch-proof. It can help with very light marks and makes the car easier to clean, but it will not stop stone chips, deeper scratches or dents. For impact protection, PPF is the better option.
Do I still need to wash my car after coating?
Yes. A coated car still needs regular, careful washing — it is simply quicker and easier. We will share care tips when you collect the car.
